Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
1/3 cup TABASCO® brand Sriracha Sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pounds chicken wingettes or wings, separated into wings and flats, tips discarded
Chopped green onion, for garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Preparation
Heat oven to 450°F. In a large bowl combine the TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce, honey, vinegar, oil and salt; stir until smooth. Add the wings and toss to coat well.
Coat a 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Add the wings and sauce and bake for 25 minutes. Stir the wings halfway through, making sure they are well coated with glaze. Broil the wings for 2 minutes, turn them over and broil 2 to 3 minutes more. Remove from oven, stir again to coat and let wings cool 5 minutes.
Transfer wings to a serving platter. Top with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
