Spicy Coffee Crusted Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
800g sirloin steak (4 Steaks)
1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
20ml TABASCO® Brand Salsa Picante
1/2 tablespoon coffee grounds
1/2 tablespoon granulated garlic
1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
12 flour or corn tacos
2 sliced red onions
3 sliced red, green and yellow peppers
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish
Preparation
Coat the steak with the olive oil, then sprinkle the rub onto the meat and marinate for at least two hours.
Sauté the sliced onions and peppers and set aside.
Grill the steak until the desired doneness then set aside to rest for 2 min.
Slice the steak into thin strips and place on top of the cooked peppers & onions in a very hot cast iron skillet, drizzle with a little water and oil just before serving for the sizzle and smoke.
Garnish with the chopped cilantro.
