Ingredients
1 Brisket Burger Patty
1⁄4 cup Queso Blanco
3 tbsp TABASCO® Brand Salsa Picante
1⁄4 cup Beef Barbacoa
1 Brioche Bun
1 tbsp Crispy Onions
Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onion Slice
Preparation
Mix together the Queso Blanco and 2 tbsp of TABASCO® Brand Salsa Picante. Heat and reserve.
Cook Brisket Burger to desired temperature and brush with 1 tbsp of TABASCO® Brand Salsa Picante.
Heat the barbacoa to 160*
To assemble, place Lettuce ,Tomato and Onion on the bottom bun, then burger, then Picante Queso and finish with the crispy onions.
