Ingredients

1 each flatbread, pre grilled
4 oz queso blanco
2 tbsp TABASCO® Brand Salsa Picante
4 oz rotisserie chicken, pulled
2 tbsp roasted corn/black beans/peppers blend
¼ cup shredded mozzarella/cheddar blend
1 tbsp tortilla strips

Preparation

Blend together the queso and TABASCO® Salsa Picante, spread over the grilled flatbread. Top with pulled chicken, cheese blend, then baja blend and bake in a 400* oven for 5 minutes. Serve with crispy tortilla strips on top for crunch.
