One Pan Quesadilla Sliders

Quesadilla
Use a 3 inch round cookie cutter to cut out four circular pieces from each tortilla. You should end up with 12 rounds to make 6 quesadillas.
Place 2 tablespoons shredded cheese each onto half of the tortilla rounds, then top with remaining rounds to prep your quesadillas.
Heat a large saute pan over medium heat.
Once hot, add in the quesadillas and cook for 45-60 seconds on each side.
Set aside.
Hamburger
In a large bowl, combine beef, TABASCO® Sauce, salt, and pepper.
Use the same 3 inch round cookie cutter from above to form beef mixture into 4 even (3 oz) patties.Set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat in the large saute pan used for the quesadillas.
Once the pan is hot, place patties onto saute pan and cook for about 45-60 seconds.
Flip and cook for an additional 45-60 seconds. NOTE: Cooking time varies depending on how you like your burgers cooked and how thick youmade your patties.
Set cooked burgers aside.
Sauce
Place all sauce ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine.
Cover and place in fridge until ready to use.
Assembly
Place one quesadilla onto a serving plate. Top with one hamburger then a spoonful of the sauce. Top sauce with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickles, to taste. Place another quesadilla on top. Add the second hamburger on top and then another spoonful of the sauce. Top sauce with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickles, to taste. Finish with one more quesadilla. Skewer with a toothpick and serve!
