Buffaleaux Wings with Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
Buffalo Style Hot Sauce

Yields 3/4 cups of sauce. Makes 8-10 servings.
Ingredients
Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Buffaleaux Wings
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons thyme leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon molasses
3 pounds chicken wings, wing tips cut
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
Celery sticks
Preparation
Combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar and salt in medium bowl; stir until well mixed. Set aside.
Combine cumin, paprika, onion powder, thyme leaves and salt in large bowl; stir in molasses and 1 tablespoon TABASCO® Buffalo Style Sauce. Remove and discard wing tips. Separate each wing into 2 pieces at the joint. Add chicken pieces to large bowl; toss to mix well.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Cook butter and remaining 1/4 cup TABASCO® Buffalo Style Sauce in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Place wings on large baking sheet. Cook in oven for 40 minutes, turning once. During last 5 minutes, brush with Buffalo sauce mixture. Serve with Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce and celery sticks.
