Burgers : Bite-You-Back TABASCO® Chipotle Bacon Burger
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 3/4 pound bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 6 hamburger rolls
- 3/4 cup shredded Lettuce
- 6 slices tomato
- 6 slices onion
In a large bowl combine beef, bacon, onion, TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, garlic, and breadcrumbs, mix until thoroughly blended. Shape into 6 patties. Grill over medium high heat or broil until desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium. Serve burgers on rolls with lettuce, tomato and onion.
Makes 6 servings.
