Mexican : BLT & T Burrito
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped roasted tomatillo
- 2 tablespoons diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Warm tortilla in a skillet over medium-low heat until softened; transfer to a flat surface. Combine mayonnaise and cilantro in a small bowl and spread on tortilla. Place lettuce leaf over mayonnaise mixture and put bacon on top.
Stir together tomatillo, tomato, lime juice, TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, and salt in a small bowl and spoon over bacon. Roll into a burrito, tucking in one end. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
