Pizza : White Hot Pizzas

• 1 cup (4-ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
  
• 1/2 cup (2-ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  
• 2 large green onions, sliced
  
• 2 teaspoons Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
  
• 1 (8-ounce) package prepared pizza crusts (2 small pizzas)
  

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine cheeses, green onions, and TABASCO^® Sauce in a bowl and mix well; sprinkle evenly onto pizza crusts. Place pizzas on a large cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Makes 2 pizzas or 4 servings.
