Pizza : Three Pepper Pizza
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup sliced pimento-stuffed olives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
- 1 (10-ounce) package prepared pizza crust
- 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat; add bell peppers and cook 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in olives and TABASCO® Sauce. Spoon mixture onto pizza crust. Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake pizza on a pizza pan or pizza stone for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
Makes 4 servings.
