American : Spicy Baked Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350°F. Thinly slice potatoes vertically within 1 inch of long base. Mix olive oil and TABASCO® Sauce in a small bowl. Rub mixture over surface of potatoes. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender throughout. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 4 servings.
