Shrimp : Shrimp Louis Salad
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup prepared French dressing
- 1/4 cup ketchup or chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 pound cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and TABASCO® Sauce in a small bowl and mix well.
Arrange lettuce on four salad plates and top with shrimp. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
Note: One (7 1/2 -ounce) can crab may be added to salad with shrimp.
Makes 4 servings.
