Pizza : New Haven White Pizza
- 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 (10-ounce) can clams, drained
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
- Olive oil to taste
Preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare a 12-inch round of pizza dough according to package directions and dust with cornmeal.
Distribute clams evenly over dough and follow with garlic, bacon, cheese, and oregano. Sprinkle with TABASCO® Sauce and olive oil. Bake 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
