Avocado and Grapefruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 4 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- Salad greens
Place oil, honey, TABASCO® Sauce, vinegar, poppy seeds, mustard and salt in blender. Blend on medium speed 30 seconds or until well mixed. Pour into a small serving bowl.
Arrange fruit and avocado slices on plates lined with salad greens. Serve with Poppy Seed dressing.
