Peel and quarter potatoes; place in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain.
Mash potatoes with a potato masher or beat with an electric mixer on low speed. Stir in butter, TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper. Gradually beat in enough milk to make light and fluffy.
Makes about 6 servings.
