Grate the rind (yellow only) from lemon and set aside. Squeeze juice from lemon and combine with 4 tablespoons of the TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce in a plastic zip-top bag; add chicken pieces, close bag, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Brush chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on grill over medium heat and close lid; cook until almost done, about 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, honey mustard, and grated lemon rind in a small bowl; brush glaze over chicken and grill 5 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Watch carefully.
