Combine lemon juice, orange juice, TABASCO® Sauce, garlic and salt in medium bowl. Cut a strip (tender) from each breast so you will have 4 breast pieces and 4 tenders. Place chicken in lemon mixture; toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Remove chicken from marinade. Wrap each chicken breast with prosciutto, securing with wooden pick if necessary. Divide the 4 tenders into 2 sets of 2. Wrap each set with prosciutto. You should have 6 servings total.
Brush grill lightly with oil, if necessary. Arrange chicken on grill. Cook 6 minutes per side, turning occasionally until chicken is firm.
