Combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, oil, mustard and garlic in large bowl. Add steak; turn to coat. Cover. Marinate steak 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Place steak on rack in grill. Grill steak 12 to 14 minutes for medium rare or 15 minutes for medium, turning every 5 to 6 minutes.
Transfer steak to cutting board; let sit for 5 minutes. Thinly slice across the grain.
Makes 8 servings.
