Slice chicken into 3-inch by 1 1/2-inch strips and toss with 1/3 cup of the TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Sauce. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 8 hours. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade and thread onto skewers.
Combine peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, water, and remaining 2 tablespoons TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Sauce in a small bowl and stir until smooth.
Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewered chicken 8 to 10 minutes or until done and no longer pink inside. Serve warm with peanut sauce.
