1/2 cup horseradish or Creole mustard, or a combination
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill at least one hour. Serve with boiled shrimp, other boiled seafood, or chicken fingers.
Makes 1 2/3 cups.

It's good, but maybe the creole mustard I used was too strong (zatarain's). Th mustard was overpowering and stood out too much. I would try it with horseradish next time.
