For dressing, place 1/4 cup of the walnuts in a blender or mini food processor and process until finely ground; add walnut oil, TABASCO® Sauce, balsamic vinegar and salt and process until smooth and well blended.
Place greens in a large bowl and toss with enough dressing to coat. Add turkey, apple, cheese, and mint, and toss with additional dressing to taste. Arrange on chilled dinner plates and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup walnuts.
