Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour, cheese, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl or food processor. Using a pastry blender, two knives, or a pulsing motion in food processor, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. If blended in food processor, transfer mixture to a large bowl.
Combine milk, eggs and TABASCO® Sauce in a small bowl and mix well. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add milk mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Dough will be sticky.
Lightly butter a baking sheet. With lightly floured hands, shape dough into a 9-inch circle in center of baking sheet. Cut circle into 8 wedges. Bake scones 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 8 scones.
